What finishes do you offer?
From luxury finishes on flooring, cabinets, and countertops, to covered porches and decks, we specialize in designing and building high-quality products for our homeowners. To keep prices low, there will be only a couple of floor plans to choose from, but each cottage can be uniquely personalized from the inside!
How long will it take to build my luxury cottage?
We can build the cottages in about 90 days and can be move-in ready in approximately 120 days. There is a monthly HOA and lot fee of $790 per month. Lawn maintenance, water and sewer are included and maintained.
How many models do you offer?
We offer Two floor-plans at Forest Creek - customers will be able to pick a package with customizations to finish out the plan based on their needs. The cottages are finished out as a house would: with real wood cabinets, hardwood floors and granite countertops. The plans include one bedroom, kitchen, one full bath, laundry room and main living area. We will have a total of 28 lots available, with a good number of large premium lots overlooking the creek area.
